WHAT SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES COULD ARTHRITIS SOUTH SHORE OFFER IN THE FUTURE?

We would like to be able to offer new activities such as adapted exercises in the pool in the Brossard aquatic centre. We would like to increase the frequency of the program I’m taking charge of my arthritis to make it available to more people. We invite you to send us your needs and suggestions on this subject by e-mail to info@arthriterivesud.org

I DON'T HAVE ARTHRITIS. CAN I PARTICIPATE IN THE FITNESS ADAPTED EXERCISES?

The degree of difficulty and the pace of the exercises make them suitable not only for people with arthritis, but also for anyone who wants to maintain their mobility and flexibility.

The adapted fitness exercices are held on site and online where everyone can follow directly the instructions and demonstrations of an experienced teacher.

Can I invite Arthritis South Shore to make a presentation on an arthritis-related topic?

We work with other organisations and businesses to offer conferences and workshops to clients or members of these organisations or businesses.
